We notarize & submit to the US Dept of State

We inspect and notarize the document where required, then physically submit it to the US Department of State in Washington, DC for the apostille.

We ship the apostilled original to India

Once the apostille is attached, we photograph it, send you the picture, and ship the apostilled original to your address in India with full tracking.

Which documents can I order an apostille for?
Our specialty is the FBI Identity History Summary (FBI PCC / police clearance certificate) and other US federal documents like the US Naturalization Certificate, apostilled by the US Department of State. For US state-issued documents (birth or marriage certificates), message us first so we can route it to the correct Secretary of State.
How long does the whole process take?

Do I need to visit any US embassy or travel to the US?
