Starting that relationship with fabricated proof would be a strange way to ask for it. Fact-check one published claim
Pick any fee or rule on this site and check it against the issuing office. Our California figure says $20 at the Secretary of State; the state publishes that number too. A service that gets the checkable things right is more likely to get the unverifiable things right.

Ask exactly which office your document goes to
If the answer is vague, or "the embassy", or "Washington DC" for a birth certificate, walk away. The routing is the whole job — a wrong answer here costs you a six-week round trip.

Ask what happens if it is rejected
A service that has never thought about failure will not have an answer. Ours: the pre-check screens for it, and if we cannot apostille your document we return it and explain what to order instead.

Why are there no customer reviews on this page?

Because we have not completed and delivered a customer order yet, and we are not willing to invent testimonials to fill the gap. Plenty of sites in this niche publish reviews that cannot be traced to a real order — we would rather be the service you can fact-check. The moment we deliver real orders, genuine reviews will appear here and on our Google Business Profile, attributed and unedited.

Then why should I trust you with an original document?

Judge us on things you can verify before paying: the accuracy of what we publish (check any fee or rule against the issuing office), the free pre-check that costs you nothing, a fixed quote given before you commit, tracked couriers both ways, and photo proof at every stage. Start with one document rather than a batch if that feels safer — that is a completely reasonable thing to ask for.

What happens if my document cannot be apostilled?

The pre-check exists precisely to catch that before you ship. If we find the problem only after your document arrives — a hospital birth certificate instead of a certified copy, a laminated certificate, a short-form abstract — we tell you immediately, explain what to order instead, and return your document. We would rather lose the order than run a submission we know will be rejected.

Do you guarantee the apostille will be accepted?

No honest service can guarantee another government's decision on your application. What we can be accountable for is our part: submitting to the correct competent authority, in the correct format, with a physical paper apostille where VFS requires one. Most rejections we see come from the wrong office, the wrong document version, or an e-apostille — all of which are avoidable, and all of which the pre-check screens for.

Can I leave a review after my order?

Please do — positive or critical. Once your apostilled document arrives, message us on WhatsApp or leave a Google review. We will publish honest experiences here as they come in, including the ones that point out where we fell short.
