India-issued documents — MEA apostille
Order Confirmed
We've confirmed the document, the destination country and the route on WhatsApp, and told you where to courier the original — or arranged collection details if a relative is handing it over.
Original Received
Your original has reached us. We inspect it against the requirements of its route before anything is submitted — lamination, name mismatches and issuer variants are caught here, not three weeks later.
Notarised (if required)
Privately-made documents — affidavits, powers of attorney, employer letters — are attested by a Notary Public with their seal and register number. Government-issued certificates skip this stage entirely.
Submitted to the SDM
The Sub-Divisional Magistrate pre-authenticates the document, verifying the issuing authority or the notary's register entry. This is the longest stage and the one nobody can shortcut.
SDM Cleared
The SDM attestation is on the document and we photograph it for your records. It is now something the MEA can act on.
MEA Apostille Issued
Deposited through an MEA-authorised collection channel — the Ministry accepts nothing directly from individuals — and the apostille sticker with its QR code and unique number is affixed.
Dispatched & Delivered
The apostilled original is couriered to your address anywhere in India, or to the person you nominated if you are abroad. Tracking is shared the moment it exists.
US-issued documents — US apostille
Order Confirmed
We've received your order request on WhatsApp, confirmed the details, and sent you our US mailing address to ship your document to.
Document In Transit to US
You've couriered your original FBI Identity History Summary via express courier. Your document is on its way to our US office.
Document Received
Your document has arrived at our US office. We've physically received it and sent you a confirmation photo.
Notarized & Submitted
Your FBI PCC has been notarized by a US notary and submitted to the US Department of State walk-in office in Washington DC (600 19th St NW).
Apostille Issued
The US Department of State has issued the apostille and attached it to your original document. We've photographed the result and shared it with you.
In Transit Back to India
Your apostilled original document is on its way back to your India address via express courier.
Delivered
Your apostilled FBI Identity History Summary has been delivered to your India address. You're ready to submit it to VFS Global, IRCC, your UAE employer, or whichever authority needs it.
