An apostille is only valid for Hague Convention countries. If your document is going to the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Malaysia, Iraq or Iran, an apostille has no legal effect — you need embassy attestation, which we do not offer.Check your destination first. Pricing Questions

Which price applies to me — the rupee one or the dollar one?
It depends on where your document was issued, not where you live. Issued in India — a birth certificate, marriage certificate, PCC, affidavit — and it is the MEA apostille at ₹2,100. Issued in the United States — an FBI background check, a US degree — and it is the US apostille from $175. An NRI in Dubai with an Indian birth certificate needs the rupee service.
Why is the India price so much lower than the US price?
Because the work is different, not because the service is. An India-issued document stays in India: notary where needed, SDM, MEA, courier. A US-issued document has to be couriered internationally, handled by our US team, submitted to a US authority and shipped back. The international legs are most of the cost on that side.
Do either of these prices hide anything?
No. On the India line, ₹143 of government fees is included at cost and courier is quoted at actual cost before you pay. On the US line, US-side handling and government fees are in the plan price, and return shipping, translation and extra copies are quoted before you pay. Nothing is added at checkout.
Can I see a price without giving you an email address?
Yes, and that is the point. Every number on this site is published. The calculator below returns a figure immediately. We think gating a price behind a form on a search whose literal intent is "what does this cost" is a bad way to treat people.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, cards and international wire. India-line orders are priced and settled in rupees; US-line orders in dollars. No conversion estimates.
